Select the physical format first, then choose the supported printing and material or specialty treatment. Square and Circle formats use one template orientation, Fold-Over formats use the full flat-size layout, and contour shapes require their dedicated shape template rather than a resized rectangle. Rounded-corner templates are created only for supported four-corner treatments; two-corner rounding is intentionally excluded from downloadable templates. Specialty effects such as foil, Raised Foil, Raised Spot UV, thermography, white ink, Akuafoil, Foil Worx, painted edges and Peel-N-Stick elements can require separate mask or shape artwork, so follow the setup instruction shown with that option. Production turnaround begins after usable artwork, complete order details and required approvals are received and does not include shipping or delivery time.
