Raised Foil Business Cards combine full-color printing, smooth 16pt velvet-laminated cardstock and tactile metallic accents in gold, holographic or silver. Choose horizontal or vertical orientation, front-only or two-sided printing, optional rounded corners and convenient shrink-wrapped bundles. The raised foil catches light and creates a finish customers can both see and feel.

Raised Foil Mask Setup

  • Provide a separate vector mask identifying only the areas that receive raised foil.
  • Use solid 100% black shapes in the mask; avoid gradients, transparencies and grayscale values.
  • Keep foil artwork separate from the full-color print artwork so the raised foil placement is unambiguous.

Which raised foil colors are available?
Raised Gold, Raised Holographic and Raised Silver foil are available. Each may be applied to the front only; both-side raised foil is available with Full Color Both Sides.
How should I set up the raised foil artwork?
Prepare the full-color artwork normally and provide a separate vector mask that identifies only the raised-foil areas. Use solid black shapes in the mask rather than gradients or transparency.
Which corner options are available?
Choose square corners, four rounded 1/8" corners, four rounded 1/4" corners, two rounded 1/8" corners or two rounded 1/4" corners. The two-rounded-corner treatment rounds the top-left and bottom-right corners.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 8–10 business days, with a 5–7 business day rush option. The listed cutoff is 12:00 PM ET, and shipping or delivery time is additional.
