Artwork and Production Workflow

Choose the finished size and ticket configuration first. Then prepare artwork to the matching template, including separate files for foil masks or variable information when those options are selected.

Art Proof Policy

Production begins only after payment, print-ready files and any required proof approval are complete. Corrections, missing files, unclear numbering instructions or late approvals can move the turnaround start date.

Paper Types

Variable Text and Numbering

Variable Text

Choose no variable text or provide a data file for changing names, codes, dates, seat information or other ticket-specific text. Supply one record per ticket and clearly label each data column.

Sequential Numbering

Available starting sequences include 000001, 000101, 001001, 010001 and 100001. A custom starting number may also be specified in the additional instructions.

Data-file setup: Submit the static ticket artwork as a print-ready PDF and variable information as a separate spreadsheet. Include a clearly named column for every changing field and verify the record count matches the ordered quantity.
Lamination and Foil Options

No Lamination or Foil

Uses the natural appearance and surface of the selected cardstock.

Gloss Lamination

Adds a smooth, glossy protective layer and increases color vibrancy.

Soft-Touch Lamination

Creates a smooth, velvety surface with a refined premium feel.

Gold or Silver Foil

Soft-touch lamination with gold or silver foil is available on the front only or on both sides.

Foil mask setup: Create a separate print-ready mask PDF for each side receiving foil. Use solid 100% black only for elements that should receive foil and white for everything else. The mask must have the same page size, orientation and exact element positions as the regular print artwork. Do not use grayscale, screens, gradients, shadows, transparency or color in the mask.

Choose no shrink wrap or package tickets in sets of 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500, subject to the ordered quantity.

Standard Print Artwork
  • Submit one PDF page for each printed side.
  • Use the exact page size and orientation shown in the selected template.
  • Extend full-bleed artwork to the bleed boundary.
  • Keep ticket numbers, dates, QR codes and barcodes within the safety area.
  • Remove template guides before exporting the final artwork.
Numbering and Variable Text Files

Submit static ticket artwork separately from variable data. Use a spreadsheet with one row per ticket and clearly named columns. State the desired number location, font, size, color and starting sequence in the additional instructions.

Foil Files

Every foiled side requires both a regular print PDF and a separate foil-mask PDF. Mask files must contain only solid 100% black foil elements on a white background and must align perfectly with the print artwork.

Perforation Setup

Use the selected template and position the detachable-stub content on the correct side of the 1-inch or 2-inch perforation location. Keep critical information away from the perforation line.

Yes. Choose one of the listed starting sequences or select the custom option and provide the exact starting number in the additional instructions.

Can every ticket contain different text?

Yes. Select variable text and supply a clean spreadsheet with one record per ticket. The static design and variable data should be submitted as separate files.

How do I prepare artwork for foil?

Submit the regular print PDF plus a separate mask PDF for each foiled side. Use solid 100% black for foil areas and white everywhere else, with exact alignment to the print artwork.

Where should the perforation appear?

Select either one inch or two inches from the edge. Arrange the detachable-stub content on the appropriate side and keep critical information away from the perforation line.

Are rush turnaround options guaranteed?

Rush options apply only to qualifying quantities and configurations. The production clock begins after payment, print-ready artwork and required approvals are complete by the stated cutoff.
