Which canopy size should I choose?Choose the smaller canopy when floor space is limited or the display needs to stay compact. Choose the larger canopy when you need a full vendor-booth footprint, more covered area or stronger visibility from a distance.
When should I add a printed backwall?A backwall is useful when the rear of the tent will be visible, when you want a stronger branded background, or when the display needs more separation from activity behind the booth. Choose both-sided printing when the reverse also needs a finished graphic.
What is the difference between one and two sidewalls?One sidewall adds coverage on one side of the canopy, while two sidewalls provide coverage on both sides. Each selected wall can be printed on one side or both sides based on the viewing direction.
Can the canopy be used outdoors?The system is intended for portable event use, but safe outdoor setup depends on weather, surface conditions and proper securing of the frame. Follow event rules and hardware instructions, and do not use the canopy in unsafe wind or weather conditions.
