Header Cards for Retail Product Packaging.

Header Cards are designed for retail identification, apparel, products, bottles, packaging, parking permits, promotions and other applications where printed information needs to hang from, attach to or display with the item. The uploaded estimator defines the applicable sizes, shapes, printing methods, paper or plastic materials, specialty finishes, holes, packaging and turnaround choices, and this page intentionally excludes options that do not apply to this product. Choose the finished format first, then compare material and finishing by appearance, durability, opacity, texture and how the tag will be attached or handled. Where specialty production such as Akuafoil, white ink masks, foil, raised effects, drilled holes, parking-permit numbering or barcodes is available, the Specifications section explains that choice separately. ARTWORK TEMPLATES

Header Cards Templates

Choose the artwork template that matches the exact finished size, shape and orientation selected for Header Cards. Regular rectangular and square hang tags use the applicable Square Corners, 1/8" Rounded Corners or 1/4" Rounded Corners template label when those corner treatments are offered. Bottle Neck, Header Card, Oval and Parking Permit products use their corresponding customer-facing shape label. Square sizes appear only once because the width and height are the same; rectangular sizes use separate Vertical and Horizontal layouts only when the estimator includes Orientation. Extend backgrounds through bleed where required, keep important text and logos inside the safety area, and use the File Requirements section below for production-file setup.

Header Cards are produced using the exact sizes, printing, paper or material, finishing, attachment and production choices shown in the product estimator. The most important setup decisions are choosing the finished size or specialty shape, understanding the folded Header Card format and Sombrero hanging slot, selecting the appropriate stock or substrate, and preparing artwork that fits the correct template. Where drilled holes, rounded corners, white masks, foil effects, raised finishes, numbering, barcodes or shrink wrapping are available, those options are shown only when supported by the spreadsheet. Square sizes appear once because rotating a square does not create a different finished size, while rectangular sizes may use separate Vertical and Horizontal artwork when the estimator includes Orientation. Production turnaround begins after usable artwork, order details and required approvals are complete and does not include shipping or delivery time. If the required configuration is not listed, request a custom quote rather than assuming an unlisted option applies.

Compare surface, texture, writeability, stiffness and specialty production requirements using the customer-facing Paper / Stock or Material section.

Are specialty finishes included?

Only finishing sections shown in Specifications apply to this product. If a section is absent, that option is intentionally not presented as a standard selectable choice.

Which template should I use?

Use the exact finished size and orientation template that matches the order. Keep critical content inside safety and extend backgrounds through bleed where required.

Can I provide artwork later?

Yes. Choose Provide Artwork Separately, or Request Design Assistance when the file still needs design, cleanup, resizing or prepress preparation.

Production

How fast can this product be produced?

Use the Turnaround choices shown in Specifications. Eligibility depends on the complete production configuration and artwork readiness.

Does turnaround include shipping?

No. Production turnaround and shipping, delivery or pickup timing are separate and should both be planned for the required in-hand date.
