What makes Natural Bookmarks different?The paper has a natural, warm-toned appearance rather than a bright white surface, giving the finished bookmark a softer and more organic character.
What types of designs work well on natural stock?Earth tones, understated typography, illustrations, vintage-inspired artwork and designs that intentionally use the paper color as part of the composition work especially well.
Will printed colors look the same as they do on white paper?Not exactly. The natural paper tone influences the printed result, so colors may appear slightly warmer or more subdued than they would on a bright white stock.
Can I use the paper color as part of my design?Yes. Unprinted areas show the natural stock itself, which can be used intentionally as a background or design element.
Can Natural Bookmarks be written on?The uncoated natural surface is suitable for handwriting, making it useful when names, notes, dates or short messages may be added after printing.
How should I prepare the artwork?Prepare artwork at final size in CMYK color. Use 300 dpi raster images, include bleed when artwork reaches the trim, and keep important text and logos safely inside the cut line.
