How do I choose the right rigid sign material?Start with where the sign will be used, how stiff it needs to be and how long it needs to perform. Coroplast is economical and lightweight; foam and Gator boards are common for indoor displays; PVC and styrene offer smooth plastic surfaces; aluminum composite is a durable choice for many long-term signs; polycarbonate adds impact resistance; and acrylic provides a polished premium appearance.
What is the largest rigid sign size?Rigid sheets are available up to 48" × 96". A finished sign that exceeds the available sheet size may need to be produced as multiple panels or reviewed as a custom project.
When should I choose printing on both sides?Choose two-sided printing when the sign will be viewed from both directions and the selected material is suitable for that use. Consider how the sign will be mounted so hardware, posts or supports do not obstruct important artwork on either side.
When should I add lamination?Lamination is useful when a compatible rigid print needs added abrasion resistance, easier cleaning, a different sheen or a reusable dry-erase surface. Gloss can increase color saturation, matte reduces glare and dry-erase lamination creates a writable surface for compatible applications.
What is required for Cut to Shape (Contour Cut)?Provide a clean closed vector path that defines the finished outside shape. Use the Artwork setup help beside the Cut to Shape option for the required CutContour spot-color path, vector setup, safety and bleed guidance.
When should I add grommets to a rigid sign?Grommets provide reinforced attachment points when a compatible rigid sign will be hung or mechanically fastened. Choose the placement pattern based on sign size and mounting method, and keep important artwork away from areas where hardware may be installed.
What file format should I provide?A print-ready PDF is preferred whenever practical. Keep logos and text vector when possible, embed or outline fonts, use adequate image resolution at final size and include bleed when the design prints to the edge.

Can every rigid sign be produced same day or next day?No. Rush availability depends on the selected material, finished size, printing, lamination, cutting and other finishing.
