What is the difference between Foam Board, Gator Board and Ultra / Infinity Board?Standard Foam Board is the lightweight everyday indoor display choice. Gator Board offers greater rigidity and stronger edges, while Ultra / Infinity Board provides premium rigid options in several thicknesses for displays that need more substance.
Can these boards be printed on both sides?Yes. Full-color front-only and full-color both-sides printing are available. Double-sided printing is useful when the finished panel will be seen from two directions or used in a freestanding display.
When should I add lamination?Gloss lamination adds shine and protection, matte lamination reduces glare while protecting the surface, and dry erase lamination turns compatible printed graphics into a reusable write-on surface. Compatible configurations can be laminated on one or both printed sides.
Can the board be cut to a custom shape?Yes. Choose Cut to Shape (Contour Cut) and provide a closed vector path that defines the finished outside shape. Use the Artwork setup help shown with the option for the required CutContour path, safety and bleed guidance.
Can grommets be added?Yes. Grommets can be placed at the four corners, at regular intervals around selected edges, or at the top corners only. Keep important artwork clear of the mounting locations.
What file format should I provide?A print-ready PDF is preferred whenever practical. Keep logos and text vector when possible, embed or outline fonts, and use adequate image resolution at final size.
Can you help prepare my file?Yes. Choose Request Design Service (Bill Later) when the file needs layout, cleanup, resizing, contour-path setup or other design assistance before production.
Are rush options available?Yes. Standard production is 3–4 business days, with 2-business-day, next-business-day and same-business-day options available for qualifying configurations. Rush availability depends on the selected size, material, printing, finishing and production-ready artwork.
