Applicable options are shown in spreadsheet order and consolidated where the estimator contains many related choices. Quantity is intentionally not repeated here because it is entered directly in the estimator.

Size

Standard Sheet Sizes

Includes 8.5"×11" Letter, 8.5"×14" Legal, 11"×17" Ledger, 12"×18" and 13"×19" options.

Custom Flat Sizes

The estimator supports hundreds of flat-size combinations from approximately 1"×1" through 13"×19", including common business card, postcard, rack card, ticket and flyer dimensions.

Folded / Flat-to-Finished Sizes

Includes configured folded formats such as 2"×4" folding to 2"×2", 2"×7" folding to 2"×3.5", 5"×14" folding to 5"×7", 8.5"×11" folding to 5.5"×8.5", and additional flat-to-finished combinations.

Orientation

Horizontal

Landscape orientation is useful for wide layouts such as business cards, rack cards, postcards, tickets and brochures.

Vertical

Portrait orientation supports tall layouts such as door hangers, vertical cards, tickets, labels and promotional pieces.

Full Color Front & No Back

Full-color printing on the front with an unprinted reverse.

Full Color Front & Grayscale Back

Full-color front printing with a grayscale reverse for secondary information.

Gloss text: 70lb, 80lb, 100lb. Matte text: 70lb, 80lb, 100lb. Uncoated text: 60lb, 70lb, 80lb, 100lb. Bond/copy, laser, presentation and premium papers are also supported.

Specialty Text Papers

Pastel, bright color, Astroparche, cotton, felt, fiber, laid, linen, natural and Strathmore text/bond choices are included where configured.

Labels & Vinyl

60lb gloss, matte and uncoated labels; clear label without white ink; and 80lb matte weather-resistant vinyl.

Gloss / Matte Cover Cardstock

Gloss cover: 80lb, 100lb, 110lb, 130lb. Matte cover: 80lb, 100lb, 110lb, 130lb.

Uncoated Cover Cardstock

65lb, 80lb, 100lb, 110lb, 120lb and 130lb uncoated cover choices.

C1S / C2S Cardstock

10pt, 12pt, 14pt, 16pt and 18pt coated-one-side or coated-two-side cardstock.

Specialty Cover / Index

Bright color, Astroparche, vellum pastel, natural, index, felt, fiber, laid, linen, Strathmore and pearlized cover/index stocks are included.

Synthetic & Specialty Media

6mil, 8mil and 11mil synthetic plus configured Paper200T, Paper300T, Paper400C and Paper500C media.

Customer-Supplied Stock

Customer-supplied text/bond paper and customer-supplied cover/index cardstock are supported when appropriate.

Artwork Setup

Provide the master artwork plus a clearly organized data file. Variable fields should be named consistently and mapped to the intended artwork positions.

Numbering

Choose this when sequential numbering is not required.

Sequential Numbering

Configured starting numbers include 000001, 000101, 001001, 010001 and 100001.

Artwork Setup

Indicate the starting number and exact numbering position in the artwork or Additional Instructions.

Other Numbering

Use the Other option when a different numbering sequence or starting value is required.

Lamination/Foil

No Lamination & Foil

Retains the selected stock's natural or coated surface.

Gloss Lamination

Adds protection and a high-sheen laminated surface.

Soft Touch Lamination

Creates a smooth, velvety laminated surface.

Soft Touch + Gold Foil

Gold foil can be applied to the front only or both sides over soft-touch lamination.

Artwork Setup

Provide a separate vector foil mask with 100% solid black for foil areas and white elsewhere.

Soft Touch + Silver Foil

Silver foil can be applied to the front only or both sides over soft-touch lamination.

Contour Cut (Cut to Shape)

Choose a standard straight-cut finished piece.

Creates a custom silhouette for labels, tags, cards and other specialty pieces.

Provide a separate closed vector contour cutline, clearly named (for example CutContour), with minimal anchor points.

One fold creates two panels.

3 Panel Tri-Fold / Letter-Fold

Two folds create three panels in the common letter-fold configuration.

3 Panel Z-Fold

Three folds create four panels in a compact parallel-fold format.

1 Score / 2 Score

Score-only options prepare heavier stock for clean manual folding without machine folding.
