Which sizes are available?This product is available in four vertical finished sizes: 3.5" × 8.5", 4" × 7", 4.25" × 11" and 4.25" × 14". Choose the size based on how much information the piece needs to carry and how prominent you want it to be on the door.
What is the difference between Standard, Arch and Starburst die cuts?Each style uses a different opening shape at the top of the hanger. Standard uses a circular opening with a slit, Arch uses a larger arched opening, and Starburst uses flexible radial slits. Choose the style that best fits the hanging method and the visual appearance you want.
How should I choose between coated and uncoated stock?Coated stocks provide a smoother surface and stronger color reproduction, while uncoated cardstock has a more natural paper feel and is easier to write on. Gloss cover and text options can be useful when you want a lighter, polished printed piece.
Can I add rounded corners?Yes. Where available, choose square corners, four 1/8" rounded corners or four 1/4" rounded corners. The larger radius creates a visibly softer edge. Use the template that matches the corner treatment selected for the order.
Why do I need a die-cut-specific template?The opening at the top removes printed material from the finished piece. A die-cut-specific template shows the exact cut path so important text, logos and offers can be kept safely away from the opening and so backgrounds can extend correctly through the bleed area.
What turnaround options are available?Standard / Bulk Run Door Hangers are offered with 8–10 Business Days and 5–7 Business Days production options. Production time begins after the order and production-ready artwork are approved; shipping or delivery time is separate.
