Legal Conditions
Disclaimers, liability limits and Ohio governing-law provisions apply.
General Agreement
Acceptance and Scope
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms without modification. The website provides information about products, services, markets and educational topics, and may also connect users with third-party services.
These Terms apply to website access, account activity, quote requests, file submissions, orders, payments, proofs, production, pickup, delivery, shipping and related services unless a separate written agreement specifically applies.

Privacy and Electronic Communications
Use of the website is also subject to the published Privacy Policy. Visiting the website, submitting forms or sending email constitutes electronic communication. Users consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications electronically when permitted by law.

Certain website products, services or features may be provided through third-party organizations. Information may be shared with contracted providers when reasonably necessary to deliver a requested product, service or website function.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting login credentials.
Ordering Conditions
Orders, Pricing, Payment, Refunds and Reprints
Orders, Pricing and Payment
- Prices and amounts are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
- Users are responsible for product charges, applicable taxes, shipping, handling and other disclosed fees.
- Orders generally require full payment before production is completed or released.
- Production may not begin until required payment, files and approvals have been received.
- After an approved job is sent to production, changes to artwork, job specifications or turnaround may not be available.
Product options, pricing, availability and turnaround displayed on the website may be corrected or changed when errors, supplier changes or production limitations are identified.
Refunds, Cancellations and Reprints
Because orders are customized, sales are generally final after work has begun. Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the production status, materials purchased, services already performed and other costs incurred.
Claims involving defective or incorrect production should be reported promptly with the order information and supporting photographs or samples. A replacement, reprint, credit or other remedy, when approved, is determined based on the circumstances of the claim.
Approval Responsibility
Proofs, Customer Approval and Color Accuracy
Proofs and Customer Approval
Electronic proofs are intended to show layout, text, image placement and general appearance. They are not reliable predictors of exact printed color, paper appearance, coating or density.
- Customers must carefully review spelling, grammar, dates, numbers, orientation, folds, cuts, page order and other content.
- Approval authorizes production based on the proof and submitted specifications.
- Changes requested after approval may require a new order, additional fees or revised turnaround.
- Hard-copy or physical proofs may involve additional cost and production time.
Color Accuracy and Production Variation
Commercial printing cannot guarantee an exact match to monitors, office printers, previous orders or customer-supplied samples. Color may vary because of equipment, materials, coatings, finishing, neighboring ink coverage and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Screen proofs predict layout more reliably than final color or density. Coatings, including UV coating, may change the appearance of printed colors.
Submitted Content
Artwork Files, Ownership and Prohibited Material
Artwork Files and Customer Responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of submitted artwork, even when files receive a basic preflight review.
- Proofread all files before submission.
- Confirm finished size, bleed, safety margin, orientation, alignment, page order, folds and die lines.
- Use suitable fonts, images, transparency, overprint and resolution settings.
- Keep copies of original files and do not submit irreplaceable physical artwork.
- Submit only material you own or have permission to reproduce.
Review the Print File Checklist
Prohibited Content and Order Refusal
Users may not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy or otherwise likely to create civil or criminal liability.
Orders may be refused when the content, requested use, payment activity or surrounding circumstances appear unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or inconsistent with company policy. The reason for refusal may not always be disclosed.
Production & Delivery
Turnaround, Quantity, Shipping and File Storage
Turnaround, Quantity and Delivery
Production turnaround begins only after the order, payment, print-ready files and required approvals have been received. Design time, file correction, proof review, mailing preparation and shipping transit are separate unless expressly included.
- Business days exclude weekends and observed holidays.
- Published turnaround is an estimate under normal production conditions.
- Rush service is subject to eligibility, cutoff times and capacity.
- Some production methods may result in reasonable overages or shortages.
- Delivery dates and carrier transit times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
