Envelopes will have a white margin (NO BLEED printing). Please process your order as full bleed envelopes, in case if you want the print to go all the way to edge of the envelope (BLEED is a printing term that is used to describe a document which has images or elements that touch the edge of the page, extending beyond the trim edge and leaving no white margin. When a document has bleed, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down).

Raised Thermography Envelopes
Thermography, or raised letter printing is a process that combines offset printing ink which is applied to the cards or paper with a powdered resin which is sprayed on the sheet or card as it comes out of the press. The resin mixes with the ink only and then the extra resin is removed from the card or sheet surface. The cards then move straight into a special oven to bake so that the resin mixed ink rises to give the print a raised, textured, and glossy effect.
One way to determine whether thermography is right for a print job is to decide whether the project would call for a glossy look, which thermography creates on the actual printing only. Some clients want the glossy letter look that you can feel, while other clients want what looks like a flat matte-finish.

Remittance They are primarily used for charities, donations, or order forms. The large flap allows for printing on the inside where the user can fill in their information or details - which is hidden when the envelope is sealed.
Remoistening vs. Peel N Seal All envelpoes has remoistening seal, a gum seal activated by moistening the flap for a permanent seal. Peel N Seal has a release tape liner applied over a resin adhesive pressure sensitive seal. Remove liner and press flap down to seal; no moisture required.
Tinted (Security) Adding a tint to your envelope ensures the privacy and security of its contents. Tints can also add a distinctive flair to your envelope’s design. Tints are a great way to spruce up an ordinary looking envelope at a minimal cost.
