Which copy sizes are available?Choose 8.5" × 11" Letter, 8.5" × 14" Legal or 11" × 17" Ledger size, then select horizontal or vertical orientation to match your document.
Can I print on one side or both sides?Yes. Choose One Side for single-sided documents or Both Sides when you want information printed on the front and back of each sheet.
How should I choose paper or cardstock?Use lighter copy and text papers for everyday documents, coated stocks when color and photos matter, uncoated papers for easy writing, or cardstock when the piece needs more body and durability.
Can my copies be collated, tabbed, stapled, punched or cut?Yes, when the selected configuration supports it. Collating prepares complete sets, tabs separate sections, stapling keeps packets together, three-hole punching prepares sheets for binders, and cutting can divide a printed sheet into smaller finished pieces.
How do I provide my artwork?Choose Upload Artwork Now when your print-ready file is complete, Provide Artwork Separately when you will send the file after placing the order, or Request Design Assistance when you need help creating, repairing, resizing or preparing the artwork for production.
Do these quick-copy options include bleed? No. The available full-color and grayscale quick-copy printing options are intended for artwork that stays inside the finished page area rather than printing all the way to the edge.
How quickly can copies be produced?Available choices include 3–4 Business Days, 2 Business Days, Next Business Day and Same Business Day for qualifying configurations. Production timing depends on the selected quantity, paper, finishing and artwork readiness.
When should I use shrink wrapping?Shrink wrapping is useful when copies need to stay in counted bundles for departments, classrooms, events, multiple locations or storage. Choose the bundle quantity that fits how the copies will be distributed.
