What wood badge sizes are available?
Applicable sizes are 3"x1", 3"x1.5" and 3.5"x2", all horizontal rectangular badge formats.
What corner styles are available?
Choose either 4 Rounded Corners or No Rounded Corners. The rounded option softens all four corners; the square option keeps the standard rectangular profile.
Which fastener should I choose?
Available choices are pin, swivel clip, military tack, strap clip, magnetic, black lanyard or no fastener. Magnetic fasteners avoid puncturing many fabrics, while lanyards work well for events and neck-worn identification.
How should artwork be prepared for wood engraving?
Use the horizontal template matching the selected size and corner style. Supply final names and titles, keep critical content inside the safe area, and provide clean vector logo artwork when possible. Very fine detail should be simplified for engraving.
What production schedules are available?
The spreadsheet enables 8–10 Business Days and 5–7 Business Days with a 12:00pm ET cutoff. The 5–7 Business Day option carries a 20% rush adjustment.
