Which Rack Card size should I choose?Choose among 3.5"x8.5", 3.667"x8.5", 4"x9" based on the brochure holder, countertop space and amount of information. Confirm the holder dimensions before ordering.
Can Rack Cards be horizontal or vertical?Yes. Both orientations are supported for the sizes shown on this page. Use the matching template so bleed, trim and corner geometry remain correct.
How should I choose the stock?Choose by appearance, durability, writeability and the way the Rack Card will be handled. The Specifications section describes the customer benefit of each applicable stock or finish.
Are rounded corners available?Yes where shown in Specifications. Choose square corners, four 1/8-inch rounded corners or four 1/4-inch rounded corners; two-corner templates are intentionally excluded.
Which template should I use?Use the template matching the exact finished size, orientation and corner style. Extend backgrounds through bleed and keep critical content inside the safety margin.
Can I provide artwork later?Yes. Choose Provide Artwork Separately, or Request Design Assistance when the file needs design, cleanup, resizing or prepress preparation.
How fast can Rack Cards be produced?Use the Turnaround choices shown in Specifications. Eligibility depends on the complete configuration and artwork readiness; rush cutoffs apply where indicated.
Does turnaround include shipping?No. Production turnaround and shipping or delivery transit are separate. Plan both when working toward an event, opening, mailing or distribution date.
