Which Coroplast option should I choose?Standard 4mm Coroplast works well for many everyday signs. 4mm Flex is useful when additional flexibility is desired, 4mm Opaque helps reduce show-through, and 10mm Coroplast provides a thicker panel for applications that benefit from additional substance.
Can Coroplast be printed on both sides?Yes. Full-color printing is available on the front only or on both sides. For two-sided signs, consider how the sign will be mounted and whether light behind the panel could affect show-through.
Is Coroplast suitable outdoors?Coroplast is commonly used for temporary outdoor signage. Exposure to wind, weather, mounting method and the length of the installation should be considered when choosing the thickness and finishing.
Can Coroplast be laminated?Yes, compatible configurations can use gloss, matte or dry-erase lamination. Depending on the selected setup, lamination can be applied to the printed face or to both sides.
Can Coroplast be cut to a custom shape?Yes, when the selected configuration supports Cut to Shape (Contour Cut). Provide a clean closed vector path that defines the finished outside shape and follow the Artwork setup instructions shown with the option.
Can grommets be added?Yes. Several grommet placements are available. Keep important artwork clear of the grommet area and choose a mounting method appropriate for the sign size, thickness and environment.
What file format should I provide?A print-ready PDF is preferred whenever practical. Keep logos and text vector when possible, embed or outline fonts, and use adequate image resolution at the final size.
