Upload print-ready artwork, supporting documents and project instructions directly from your computer. Include enough information for Minuteman Press to identify the project and understand how each file should be used.
A properly prepared PDF is generally the preferred production format.
Explain which file is the front, back, inside, outside or supporting content.
Keep the upload confirmation and watch for questions or proof communication.
Correct size, bleed, image quality and file naming help reduce questions and production delays.
Submit a print-ready PDF with fonts embedded and artwork prepared at the intended finished size.
Extend backgrounds and images beyond the trim edge when the design prints to the finished edge. Follow the product template when available.
For most printed materials, raster images should be approximately 300 pixels per inch at final size.
Use descriptive names such as ProjectName_Front.pdf, ProjectName_Back.pdf or MailingList.xlsx.
When sending editable files, include linked images and fonts or convert text to outlines when appropriate.
Confirm spelling, phone numbers, dates, addresses, QR codes, orientation and page order before submission.
The hosting form allows multiple file uploads and a separate instruction field for each file. Use those fields to explain the purpose of every attachment.
Provide the name, company, phone number and email address associated with the project.
Use the same project, quote or order name referenced in previous communication.
Enter the date the finished order is needed, not merely the date you hope production will begin.
Identify each attachment as front, back, inside, outside, mailing list, reference or supporting file.
Note folding, binding, variable information, page sequence or other details that may not be obvious from the artwork.
After submission, monitor your email for questions, revised artwork requests or proof approval.
Review the print file checklist before submitting your artwork, or contact Minuteman Press when you need help with file setup, specifications or project requirements.
