What markers should I use?Use compatible dry erase markers intended for write-on and wipe-off surfaces. Test unfamiliar markers before regular use, and avoid permanent markers unless the graphic is specifically intended for them.
How should the surface be cleaned?Wipe the surface with a clean soft eraser or cloth and use a cleaner compatible with dry erase surfaces when needed. Avoid abrasive tools or harsh chemicals that could damage the writable finish.
How should I design the artwork?Keep permanent information such as branding, headings, lines, grids and instructions in the printed artwork. Leave adequate open space in the areas where users will write temporary information.
What is the maximum finished width?Finished width is available up to 52". Length may vary by configuration, so larger or unusual installations should be reviewed before final artwork is prepared.
What file format should I provide?A print-ready PDF is preferred whenever practical. Keep logos and text vector when possible, embed or outline fonts, and use adequate image resolution at the final size.
How quickly can dry erase graphics be produced?Standard production is 3–4 business days, with a 2-business-day option available for qualifying orders. Production timing begins after usable artwork is received and approved and does not include shipping or delivery time.
