How It Works

Three Rules Determine the Estimate

12:00 PM Eastern CutoffBefore noon, that eligible business day can count. At or after noon, counting begins with the next eligible business day.

Business Days OnlySaturday, Sunday and observed production holidays are excluded.

4:00 PM Eastern CompletionThe Estimated Completion Date represents expected production completion, not delivery or carrier arrival.

Production Starts When the Order Is Ready

Required payment, print-ready artwork and proof approval must be complete when applicable.

Ranges Use the Last Day

For 3-4 business days, the estimate uses day 4; for 16-20 business days, it uses day 20.

Delivery Time Is Additional

Pickup preparation, local delivery and carrier transit occur after production. See Pickup, Delivery & Shipping.

FAQ

Common Turnaround Questions

Does Same Business Day always mean today?

No. If the order becomes ready at or after 12:00 PM Eastern, on a weekend, or on an observed production holiday, Same Business Day moves to the next eligible business day.

When does production time begin?

When the order is complete and all applicable artwork, proof and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Is Estimated Completion the delivery date?

No. It is the estimated production completion date. Pickup, delivery or shipping time is additional.
