What Can Affect Turnaround?

Avoid Common Causes of Production Delay

Artwork and Approval Delays

Text, color, size or layout revisions can restart the proof and approval process.
Production remains on hold until required proof approval is received.
Missing bleed, low resolution, missing fonts or incorrect sizing may require correction.

Product and Scheduling Factors

Special paper, substrates, coatings and finishing may need additional time.
Higher-volume orders may require a longer production schedule.
Weekends and observed holidays are not counted as production business days.

Use the Print File Checklist Before Ordering

Preparing files with correct size, bleed, safety margin, resolution and fonts helps reduce avoidable production delays. Review the Print File Checklist.
