Yes, provided the previous artwork and specifications are still available. Include the prior order number, invoice number or a clear description of the job so the correct version can be identified. Review all information before authorizing a reprint.
Provide the finished size, quantity, color, paper or material, printing sides, finishing, deadline and delivery destination. Upload artwork or a reference image when available.
Contact Minuteman Press immediately. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after artwork processing, proof approval, material ordering or production has started. Additional charges may apply for work already completed.
Correct size, bleed, image quality and font handling help prevent delays and unexpected production results.
A print-ready PDF is generally preferred. Depending on the project, other common design and image formats may be accepted, but they may require additional preparation.
For most printed materials, images should be approximately 300 pixels per inch at the final printed size. Enlarging a low-resolution image does not restore missing detail.
Bleed extends artwork beyond the trim edge so color reaches the finished edge after cutting. Safety margin keeps important text and logos away from the trim area. Many standard products use 0.125-inch bleed, but the product template should be treated as the final requirement.
Files may be reviewed for common production concerns such as size, bleed and apparent resolution. This is not a full proofreading or design review unless that service is specifically requested. Customers remain responsible for spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes and final content.
When a proof is included or required, it will normally be sent by email. Production does not begin until the required approval is received. Review every element carefully because approval confirms that the artwork is ready to print.
Design, typesetting and file-correction services may be available for an additional charge. Provide the text, logos, images, preferred style and deadline so the work can be evaluated and quoted.
Production begins only after all required files, approvals and payments are complete.
Many standard products are produced in approximately 2–4 business days, while bulk, specialty or custom products may require 8–10 business days or longer. The product page and order confirmation provide the most relevant estimate.
Turnaround generally begins after print-ready artwork, proof approval when required, payment and all job details are complete. Orders completed after the 12:00 PM Eastern business-day cutoff may begin counting on the next business day.

Rush production may be available for selected products and quantities, subject to capacity, artwork readiness and material availability. Contact Minuteman Press before ordering when a firm deadline must be met.
No. Screens display RGB light, while most commercial printing uses CMYK inks or toners. Monitor calibration, paper, coating and production method also influence appearance. Reasonable variation between the screen, proof and finished product should be expected.
