Orders and Quotes

Ordering Questions

Use the website for standard products and pricing, or request assistance for custom specifications and unusual projects.

How do I place an order?

Select a product, choose the available specifications, upload your artwork and complete checkout. For a project that is not listed or needs special production, use the Custom Quote page.

Can I order online?

Yes. Minuteman Press offers online ordering for many standard print products. Product pages show available quantities, options, pricing and estimated production information.

Can I reorder a previous job?

Yes, provided the previous artwork and specifications are still available. Include the prior order number, invoice number or a clear description of the job so the correct version can be identified. Review all information before authorizing a reprint.

How do I request a custom quote?

Provide the finished size, quantity, color, paper or material, printing sides, finishing, deadline and delivery destination. Upload artwork or a reference image when available.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Minuteman Press immediately. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after artwork processing, proof approval, material ordering or production has started. Additional charges may apply for work already completed.

Files, Design and Proofs

Artwork Questions

Correct size, bleed, image quality and font handling help prevent delays and unexpected production results.

What file format should I submit?

A print-ready PDF is generally preferred. Depending on the project, other common design and image formats may be accepted, but they may require additional preparation.

What resolution should my images be?

For most printed materials, images should be approximately 300 pixels per inch at the final printed size. Enlarging a low-resolution image does not restore missing detail.

What are bleed and safety margins?

Bleed extends artwork beyond the trim edge so color reaches the finished edge after cutting. Safety margin keeps important text and logos away from the trim area. Many standard products use 0.125-inch bleed, but the product template should be treated as the final requirement.

Will you review my artwork?

Files may be reviewed for common production concerns such as size, bleed and apparent resolution. This is not a full proofreading or design review unless that service is specifically requested. Customers remain responsible for spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes and final content.

Will I receive a proof?

When a proof is included or required, it will normally be sent by email. Production does not begin until the required approval is received. Review every element carefully because approval confirms that the artwork is ready to print.

Can Minuteman Press design or correct my artwork?

Design, typesetting and file-correction services may be available for an additional charge. Provide the text, logos, images, preferred style and deadline so the work can be evaluated and quoted.

Turnaround and Color

Production Questions

Production begins only after all required files, approvals and payments are complete.

How long does printing take?

Many standard products are produced in approximately 2–4 business days, while bulk, specialty or custom products may require 8–10 business days or longer. The product page and order confirmation provide the most relevant estimate.

When does production turnaround begin?

Turnaround generally begins after print-ready artwork, proof approval when required, payment and all job details are complete. Orders completed after the 12:00 PM Eastern business-day cutoff may begin counting on the next business day.

Does turnaround include shipping or delivery?

No. Production turnaround refers to manufacturing time only. Pickup preparation, local delivery and carrier transit time are separate and should be considered when planning the required arrival date.

Are rush orders available?

Rush production may be available for selected products and quantities, subject to capacity, artwork readiness and material availability. Contact Minuteman Press before ordering when a firm deadline must be met.

Will printed color exactly match my screen?

No. Screens display RGB light, while most commercial printing uses CMYK inks or toners. Monitor calibration, paper, coating and production method also influence appearance. Reasonable variation between the screen, proof and finished product should be expected.

Can separate print runs vary slightly?

Yes. Normal variation can occur between press runs because of paper, ink, toner, equipment and environmental conditions. Exact matching across separately produced orders is not always possible.

Receiving Your Order

Pickup, Delivery and Shipping Questions

Available fulfillment options depend on the product, order size, delivery address and selected service.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, when pickup is selected or arranged. Wait until you receive confirmation that the order is complete and ready before traveling to the office.

Is local delivery available?

Local delivery may be available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Eastern. Delivery timing is not scheduled to an exact appointment unless specifically confirmed.

Can my order be shipped?

Yes, many products can be shipped. Shipping cost and transit time depend on the package size, weight, destination and carrier service. Review the Pickup, Delivery & Shipping page for additional guidance.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking is generally provided when a trackable carrier service is used. Tracking may not be available for local delivery or certain courier arrangements.

Can multiple products arrive separately?

Yes. Products may be produced at different facilities or on different schedules, so an order containing several items may be divided into multiple packages or deliveries.

Payment and Accounts

Payment Questions

Payment terms depend on the customer account, project type and approved arrangement.

When is payment required?

Payment is generally required before production unless approved credit terms or another written payment arrangement applies. Orders may remain on hold until payment information is received.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods may include major credit cards, online payment and other approved business arrangements. Contact Minuteman Press when a purchase order, deposit or account term is required.

Can tax-exempt organizations submit documentation?

Yes. Valid exemption documentation must be reviewed and accepted before tax can be removed. Submit the certificate before placing the order whenever possible.

Are credit terms available?

Credit terms may be considered for qualified business customers after account review and written approval. Until approval is complete, standard advance-payment requirements apply.
