What is the difference between Quick-Change and molded-face stands?Quick-Change stands use removable rigid inserts that slide into the frame. Molded-face stands can use rigid panels attached to the face or compatible adhesive vinyl applied directly to a properly prepared surface.
Which stands are best when the message changes frequently?Quick-Change and snap-frame models are convenient when graphics will be replaced regularly. Quick-Change models use rigid inserts, while snap-frame models use thin poster media.
Can the same graphic be used in different Plasticade stands?Only when the finished graphic dimensions and mounting method are the same. Even models with similar outside dimensions can use different insert sizes, face shapes or hardware.
Can I use Coroplast in every stand?No. Many Quick-Change and mounted-panel models can use compatible rigid Coroplast, but snap-frame models are intended for thin poster media and some specialty products use dedicated sheeting or another graphic system.
Can adhesive vinyl be applied directly to the stand?Compatible adhesive vinyl can be used on selected molded-face models and recessed graphic areas. The receiving surface must be properly cleaned and prepared, and the vinyl must be suitable for the plastic surface.
How many graphics are needed for a two-sided stand?Many A-frame and Quick-Change stands use one graphic for each viewing side. Some frames and post-mounted signs can use one double-sided panel instead, so the model guide should be followed.
Why are Plasticade templates stand-specific?Insert openings, molded faces, mounting holes and hardware vary by model. Using the correct graphic size helps the finished panel fit properly and keeps important artwork away from frame edges or fasteners.
Can you help prepare the graphic file?Yes. Contact us when the artwork needs sizing, layout adjustment, a stand-specific cut shape or help placing important content within the usable graphic area.
How quickly can Plasticade stand orders be produced?Available production choices are 5–7 business days and 2–4 business days for qualifying configurations. Timing begins after the stand selection and any required production-ready artwork are complete. Shipping or delivery time is separate.
