How is Akuafoil placement controlled?A separate black-and-white mask controls the metallic areas. Solid black receives Akuafoil while white remains without the effect. The mask and CMYK artwork must be the same size and position.
Can I order fold-over business cards?Yes. Use the flat-size template for the selected fold-over format and keep critical content clear of fold and trim areas. Rounded-corner templates do not apply to folded cards.
How is Spot UV different from Akuafoil?Akuafoil creates a metallic accent, while Spot UV creates a clear gloss contrast. When both are selected, keep their masks separate and clearly labeled.
Can I combine finishing options?Qualifying configurations can include lamination, foil, rounded corners, a custom contour or shrink wrapping. Availability depends on the selected size, stock and turnaround.
How should custom contour artwork be prepared?Supply the print artwork plus a clean vector cut path for the finished shape. Keep text and logos safely inside the cut line and avoid fragile points.
What are the available production times?Standard production is 8–10 business days, with 5–7 business days available for qualifying configurations. Timing begins after payment, usable artwork and required proof approval and does not include delivery time.
