Production turnaround begins after usable artwork, order details and required approvals are complete; shipping or delivery time is additional.

How should I choose the size?
Choose the finished size by the amount of information, writing area, stationery application and how the piece will be handled or distributed.
Can I use horizontal or vertical artwork?
Use only the orientations shown in Specifications. Square products appear once because rotating a square does not create a different finished size.
Material & Finishing
How do I choose the paper or material?
Compare surface, texture, writeability, stiffness and specialty production requirements using the customer-facing Paper / Stock or Material section.
Are specialty finishes included?
Only finishing sections shown in Specifications apply to this product. If a section is absent, that option is intentionally not presented as a standard selectable choice.
Artwork & Templates
Which template should I use?
Use the exact finished size and orientation template that matches the order. Keep critical content inside safety and extend backgrounds through bleed where required.
Can I provide artwork later?
Yes. Choose Provide Artwork Separately, or Request Design Assistance when the file still needs design, cleanup, resizing or prepress preparation.
Production
How fast can this product be produced?
Use the Turnaround choices shown in Specifications. Eligibility depends on the complete production configuration and artwork readiness.
Does turnaround include shipping?
No. Production turnaround and shipping, delivery or pickup timing are separate and should both be planned for the required in-hand date.
