Which retractable model should I choose?Choose by finished width and height, one- or two-direction viewing, expected frequency of use and desired hardware level. Standard models cover common display widths, Premium offers upgraded presentation, Double Side faces two directions and HD supports taller 92-inch graphics.
Can one graphic fit multiple stands?No unless the finished graphic dimensions and attachment requirements are identical. Use the exact PDF assigned to the selected hardware rather than resizing another stand template.
Why is blockout matte banner used?The opaque construction limits show-through from hardware and light behind the display. Its matte face also reduces glare under exhibit, retail and lobby lighting.
How should I operate and transport the stand?Raise and retract the graphic slowly, evenly and without twisting. Keep the banner dry and clean, secure the hardware and use the included carry bag so loose components do not scratch or crease the print.
Why are the templates vertical only?Every Yes-marked retractable configuration uses a vertical graphic. Horizontal artwork would not match the base, support pole or finished display proportions.
Can the Double Side stand use two designs?Yes. Provide clearly labeled 33 × 79-inch files for each viewing direction and identify placement in Project Notes. Both files must use the same BS33x79_Retractable.pdf setup.
How quickly can the display be produced?Standard production is 3–4 business days after payment, usable artwork and proof approval. Rush choices depend on stand inventory, configuration, quantity, artwork readiness and capacity before the noon ET cutoff.
