Printing estimates can include many variables. When you receive a lower price for a comparable product, send us the details and we will review the opportunity to match it. Price-match requests are available for qualifying products priced at $50 or more.
How the Program Works
We Compare the Complete Printing Specification
A valid comparison must reflect the same product, quantity, materials, printing, finishing, turnaround and fulfillment requirements.
Comparable Specifications
The size, quantity, paper or material, colors, sides, finishing and other specifications must be substantially identical.
Comparable Turnaround
The competitor’s production schedule and delivery method must provide a reasonably comparable completion or in-hand date.
Verifiable Current Price
Please provide a current competitor quote, webpage, cart screenshot or other documentation showing the price and specifications.
Qualification Guidelines
What Is Reviewed for a Price Match
Each request is reviewed individually. The following guidelines help us make a fair comparison.
Minimum Qualifying Price
The competitor’s listed product price must be $50 or more before taxes, shipping, delivery and other separate charges.
Same Product Configuration
The requested match should use the same finished size, quantity, stock, print colors, printed sides, coating, bindery, finishing and packaging.
Same Service Level
Turnaround, proofing, artwork readiness, pickup, local delivery and shipping must be included when they affect the true total price or completion date.
Established Printing Provider
The comparison must come from a legitimate commercial printing provider able to produce and deliver the quoted product under the stated terms.
Current and Available Offer
The competitor’s price must be available when the request is submitted. Expired offers, typographical errors and unavailable products may not qualify.
Final Review and Approval
Price matching is subject to verification, production feasibility and approval. We may propose a comparable alternative when an exact match is unavailable.

A lower product price may not be the lower total price after setup, artwork, proofing, finishing, packaging, shipping, delivery or other charges are included. We compare the complete project whenever possible.

What products qualify for price matching?
Qualifying requests must generally involve a product priced at $50 or more and a current, verifiable competitor offer for a substantially comparable printed product.
Does the competitor product have to be exactly the same?
The major specifications and service level must be substantially comparable. Differences in material, quantity, finishing, turnaround, shipping or quality can materially affect price.
Can you match a sale, coupon or promotional price?
Promotional offers are reviewed individually. The offer must be current, available to the public and applicable to the same product configuration without undisclosed conditions.
Do shipping and delivery charges count?
Yes, when they affect the total delivered cost. We may compare product price, setup charges, finishing, shipping, delivery and other required fees.
How quickly will you respond?
We normally respond within one business day after receiving complete and verifiable information. Complex or custom projects may require additional review.
Is every request guaranteed to be approved?
No. Approval depends on verification, comparable specifications, production feasibility, current costs and other project requirements. We may offer an alternative specification or pricing option.
