Paper Types

Gloss and Coated Cardstocks

Gloss cover and C1S/C2S stocks create crisp detail and stronger color. C1S is coated on one side; C2S is coated on both sides.

Matte and Uncoated Cardstocks

Matte, uncoated, index and vellum stocks offer a softer appearance and are often easier to write on.

Specialty Cardstocks

Natural, fiber, laid, linen, Strathmore, pearlized, pastel and bright-color stocks provide distinctive texture or appearance.

Important: Keep logos, text and important artwork inside the safety margin, especially near rounded corners.
Shrink Wrapping and Packaging

Cards may be supplied without shrink wrapping or shrink wrapped in sets of 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500, depending on the selected quantity and options.

Use the template for your selected finished size and orientation. Submit separate front and back pages when printing both sides.

Before Uploading
  • Verify spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, web addresses and QR codes.
  • Extend background colors and images through the bleed area.
  • Keep text, logos and borders safely away from trim and rounded corners.
  • Remove crop marks, registration marks, color bars and template instructions.
Front and Back Files

Upload separate clearly named files for the front and back, or submit one two-page PDF with the front as page one and the back as page two.

Small Text and Fine Lines

Use readable type sizes and avoid extremely thin lines or small reversed text. Rich black builds and fine screens may reproduce differently across paper stocks.
