General File Requirements

Prepare Artwork for Reliable Printing

Follow the guide lines in the selected template and review any additional requirements displayed on the related product page.

Bleed Typically 1/8 inch beyond every trim edge unless stated otherwise.
Safety Margin Keep important text and logos at least 1/8 inch inside the trim.
Image Resolution Use approximately 300 DPI at the final printed size.
Color Mode Prepare standard full-color artwork in CMYK whenever possible.
Fonts Embed fonts or convert them to outlines before submission.
Final File Submit a high-quality print-ready PDF without template guide lines.
