Even in this digital age there’s a good reason custom business card printing continues to be popular year after year for small businesses and professionals. Here’s why you should make business cards:
It’s personal. Sending your contact information through email or text is convenient but impersonal. Handing out business cards while conversing and making eye contact is how relationships are born.
It’s portable. Potential leads or contacts are everywhere. Having a business card ready to hand out at any time ensures you will never miss an opportunity to make valuable business connections.
It’s affordable. They are relatively inexpensive which makes them a great marketing tool for small business with a limited budget.
It’s memorable. First impressions are important, especially if you’re introducing your brand or yourself. With business cards, you can create unique designs printed on high-quality paper stocks to get noticed and recognized. Your unique design not only makes a great first impression but also acts as a good icebreaker.

Spot UV set up
When creating a Spot UV job, you must include a Spot UV template file along with the regular print file. The Spot UV template file is used to show where the UV coating needs to be applied. For better quality we recommend creating mask files in vector based programs such as Illustrator or CorelDraw.
Please only use solid 100% K to indicate where you would like the UV. Do not use shadows, glows or gray scale images. White will indicate no UV. Remember, if it's white, you can write!
Quick Tips C1S indicates coated on one side and uncoated on second side. C2S indicates coated on both sides. Glossy stocks provide brighter colors, whereas matte and uncoated stocks provide softer colors. We do not recommend using heavy, dark ink on uncoated stocks due to offsetting. Ultra Violet (UV) Gloss is a high gloss coating. Aqueous (AQ) is a glossy or satin (matte) coating. You cannot write or print on UV-coated stocks, and we do not guarantee that you will be able to write on Aqueous-coated stocks.
